The site is free to consult. It presents Piste M’s experiences for information: nothing is booked or paid for on it. Every experience is quoted on request, by telephone, email or WhatsApp, and confirmed between you and Piste M.
Piste M takes care that the information published is accurate and up to date, but cannot be held responsible for errors, omissions or the use made of it. Links to WhatsApp and Instagram open services governed by their own terms.
Intellectual property
All the content of this site, including texts, photographs, films, illustrations, logos and icons, and their layout, belongs to Piste M or to their authors, except for the marks and content of partner companies. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or publication, even partial, is prohibited without Piste M’s written consent.
Privacy
The site collects no personal data: no form, no account, no audience measurement, no advertising and no cookie. Fonts, images and films are served from the site itself; no third-party service is called while you browse.
When you switch language, your position on the page is kept in your browser’s session storage for that instant only, then erased; it never leaves your device. Like any web server, the host records technical connection data (IP address, date, page requested) to keep the service secure and running.

- To answer you, then to prepare your quote and your experience. Nothing is ever sold.
- Legal basis
- The steps taken at your request before a contract, then the performance of that contract.
- Retention
- Three years after our last contact if no experience follows; once one is booked, the length of our relationship, then the periods the law requires (five years, ten for accounting records). Connection logs: one year at most.
- Recipients
- Piste M alone, and its providers within their technical role: OVH for hosting (France), IONOS for email (European Union), Meta if you write to us on WhatsApp, which may transfer data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Your rights
- Access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by writing to dpo@piste-m.com; we answer within one month.
